I assume these are squats in a lunge position, sort of like a one-legged squat. I was half-inclined to use the Smith machine, but I thought better of it.

Tomorrow's a crazy work day, so nothing will get done. And I'm inclined to just do cardio Tuesday and rest up for starting up again Weds. That means only two lifting days this week, but I'm not too worried about that.
