Legs end core(deadlifts and situps) Monday and Thursday and back chest shoulders on Tuesday and Friday
Mon -Upper Body/Abs (Bench, Rows, Shoulder Press, Lat pull downs, Dips, Upright Rows, Abs)
Tues - Legs
Wed - Deadlifts/Abs/core ab work
Fri - Upper Body/Arms/Abs (Incline Bench, Pull Ups, Shoulder press, Rows, skull crushers, bicep curls, abs)
