by the way this is 10-12% nothing to write home about in the single digit bodyfat% since its not

so now you understand that what tom prince told you and what bobby told you and what getny told you is all balonie because hormones are 90% of the bodybuilder and will always be this way

dorian better than ron colman you mean ? they are nuts

dorian was one of top 5 bodybuilders in history but no one absolutely no one can be comparesd to ron in any department or muscle group ,,,no one ever had ron triceps biceps shoulders chest quads hams even calves were beter than most when it counted since the size was there,,

I have stood next to yates recently and no way is he 185lbs. He is in the 210 - 220 range.

Dorian's a smart cat - he can still travel the world and make money whilst looking a shadow of his Olympia days - promoters pay dollar just to have his presence at their events. All good " ex professionals" can do that - I'm pretty sure once Tiger Woods or Roger Federer retire they will still get paid to turn up to events and are not expected to swing a golf club or hold a tennis racket. Dorian is in now that category too. No-one expects him to turn up looking 280lbs shredded. He's now an ambassador for the "sport".

And his calves destroy mine even thoguh he probably doesn't even train them anymore. $:-\$

Exactly! I have allways liked what GH15 wrote here on GB but I have allways thought he has generalized too much and the statements he makes here regarding Yates just proves this point. No way is he 185 lbs, closer to 220. Of course his arms will be smaller now since he tore both biceps and triceps. GH15's post sounds extremely bitter and hateful.....most definitly he lost to Yates on stage several times.....and sounds a lot like Nasser in his interviews.....

I stood next to him only last week (we're the same height) and he's probably heavier than me and I weigh 235lbs.

give up the gimmick asshole. Yates was way more 185lbs in this pic. im 5'-8" and 195lbs at the time of this pic at the Olympia 08. stop talking shit. stop the gimmick. gh15 just got owned. you be the judge as to his weight.
