So... today i skip my leg routine and i followed that crazy girl (it looks like those girls that Bradistani used to post) for a leg training. Higher reps than usually and heavyweight as i possible could.
Lunges, 3 sets of 12 each leg.
Squats, 4 sets, all the way down for 10 reps.
Leg press, 4 sets of 15 reps.
Romanian deadlifts, 4 sets of 10.
Calves, abs and 20 minutes cardio.
Fuck, i am exhausted and I'm going to have two nice big burgers with extra cheddar cheese.
