best liver supplement?

was just looking for some information as to what is the best liver supplement to take while taking oral steroids or any other liver toxic chemicals...

Try posting this on the Steroid board, too.

The Nutrition board is good, but juicers (specifically) may have a little more experience in this department.

dont take steriods but i heard nothing is as effective as
'milk thistle
NAC
alpha lipoic acid

there are numerous case studies involving the effectiveness on these supplements

HOWEVER, plan on receiving a lot of "advice" on not doing oral only cycles.

GNC has really good supps for healthy liver function...not sure the name of it but i know it wasnt any of the ones mentioned above

Universal Utr Liver. it seems to be more complete and it has a lot more aminos than others
