Firstly the fact that you guys are even talking about me is very flattering, I wouldn't have even known if someone hadn't emailed me privately, so thank you, sincerely.

as we (sarcastically) say down here....Yeah Right.

GH Free zone here, the amounts you are talking would run to around $2000 a week, at the time of these pics, I was working 6 days, paying two mortgages, getting my wife pregnant ;) raising a son, and earning about $60k a year, I'd love to have $2k a week to blow, but it wouldn't be on GH, there are better toys in this world.

As to the arms, your spot on, although I don't see how my strong chest :-[ (I'm actually piss weak on chest movements) negatively effects my bis, could be my strong back instead (I can bent row a house, I can only bench press the dog house)

A pic from the Aussie Pro show, where I got 12th (out of 15, and was VERY happy)

Keep training hard guys,
thanks,

Mike

of course they do....this is the other 35%, a few guys I was hanging around with one day ;)

Hey GH15, not looking to get into any argument with you, but what happened to your spelling...did I make you angry.

Firstly....young guy? thank you, I'm 37.

Secondly, getting my wife pregnant has nothing to do with AAS, just a celebration of our love..and a funny point about how much work I was doing ie job, bills etc like the rest of you in the real world do- there is this misconception that Pros sit in the gym all day training, eating and nothing else because of sponsorship - at the time I had no sponsors and paid my own way, your reading way too much into it.

Thirdly, as Matt early posted, I've never claimed natural status, my philosophy is ANYONE who has taken ANYTHING banned is NEVER a NATURAL, I've taken ephidrine products since I was 15 for my sinuses, of which I have had CT Scans to figure out why they are a problem, so I, by my own opinion, can never claim natural status on that fact alone.

I was merely pointing out that the GH claims you made about me were wildly inaccurate, my point emphasied by the cost of it in NZ, which it is likely you were unaware of.

Hope you understand where I was coming from there, just clearing up your misinformation.

Thought you'd like this one too, 2006, about 91kg (200lbs) a few weeks out, and passing IOC drug tests, came in about 4%.
If there is one thing I can do well in this sport, it's get ripped, putting on weight- thats another story.

I thought it was a thread about my attainable physique?

Not feeling very foiled here, this is a quote of mine from a thread about a year ago.

Really I can't overestimate the value of food, I used to eat 6-7 meals a day (I include shakes with that) and when my nutritionalist put me onto 8 a day I found it a real struggle for weeks.  Eating enough food, in the off season CONSISTANTLY (as in everyday of the week for more than 6 months in a row) has always been a real struggle for me.
But when I looked at who I was up against, I stuck with it, and soon enough instead of it being a chore to eat every two hours when I wasn't really hungry and having to force it, it got to be annoying having to wait that long, now I have a shake in the middle of the night when i get up to go to the toilet. Shortly I'm having a 5 week break from training but can't wait to get back to eating 8 meals a day (and one in the middle of the night)...bearing in mind the great results I got in the past year were on 7 meals a day.

So the real "secret" is that even though eating that often is hard, eventually the body adapts and it wants it.

Also, when the food is changed to lower carb, lean diet food, it becomes a thermogenic property, i would start sweating profusely half an hour after a meal- which wasn't to good when I was working in retail, now I'm back in corporate, it'll be ok- airconditioned office, just hope I don't fart too much ;)

Serioulsy as a fat burner, chicken breast is good shit ;)

As for natural, I never used those words, in my opinion (and it's just mine) anyone who has taken anything on the banned list isn't natural, gee, I medically been using my share of Ephidrine products from long before I picked up a weight for hayfever, so would never call myself that, I wouldn't like anyone else too regarding me either.

Not at all, just using it as an example, the reason I refer to it is because I was taking it before I started BB-and have conitnued to as required, except when I was in the testing programme for 18 months- a very painful time having to sleep in a sitting position frequently and using euculyptus inhalations to ease the sinuses- AND THEN THEY GO AND REMOVE IT FROM THE LIST!!!!!!!, and wanted to highlight that my philosophy (which is my own and I am aware that others have a different viewpoint) means that the term "natural" is widely misused as both a paper badge of honour and a scam.

I just don't want to be tarred with either brush, so ask that I never be called natural.

You are a drug dealer and you claim that any good physique is a product of drug abuse. You are as credible as McDonalds when they claim to sell "great" burgers.

absolutely, some of the greatest phsyiques I've seen and the greatest athletes in my opinion are the Male Olympic gymnasts.
Some of the big Pacific Island boys down here huge with 18+ inch arms and don't train, that is a very common site in Auckland.

I'll spell this out nice and clear, once and only for you.

I have not taken GH nor could afford to take GH to the levels you have stated....Again, I could not afford to.

I have grown to an onstage weight of 80.5kg in 2003 to 95kg in 2008 without any GH, albeit a little softer onstage.

I have never taken a masking agent, ever and legitimately passed the 2006 IOC tests (both in and out of competition- where they knock on your door unscheduled randomly) with my own urine.

How would I know when to stop as the NZSDA performed random out of contest tests?

I have no idea about NZ customs practices or how much of anything you have sent here, but you imply that I am spending double my salary on 1/6th of all your product.....and only weigh 200lb onstage.  Is your stuff really that weak?

I do know the local price of GH because I have enquired.

I have no knowledge of people locally importing anymore (although I do know a 2 persons who used to, one legitimately under his business- which is where I got my pricing from).

On the NZBB website, those that comment do not name themselves.

I do not import any products myself and NEVER WILL.

To those "kids" who think I am BSing them, feel free to ask me anything you like in person, I offer full disclosure,

to those Pros who make a living exclusively from the sport, in NZ we have 4million people, not a market big enough to do that bar one or two people (Moe and Big Kiwi Justin), I have a regular job and am happy with that, I'm just a guy who took his hobby too far, and have been fortunate to stand along some of my idols. I have the utmost respect for all the pros, and those few that have met me and even remember me will likely attest to that.
I know where I stand in the big picture of the sport internationally and make no claims otherwise.

Believe it....don't believe it, I can say this is the truth with honour and integrity to my children, and that is all the approval I need.

As was pointed out in the very first post....I'm no giant, and 205lbs with "all that GH" your quoting, would not be money well spent.

End of the matter from me regarding your GH statement, say what you will thereafter, get in the last word if you wish, I know its true.

Best wishes to you all,

Mike

Is there any way to look like Michael strictly with AAS?  I assume this is possible because there were pros in the seventies who were roughly his size who I assume did not use GH.  Please just tell me what AAS I need to run to look like him and I will run it!  I don't think I will get any bigger naturally as I have not gained anything in three years - although my strength has gone up marginally in that time.

PS - Michael is a legit 5'11.  Taller than 99.999999% of pro bodybuilders.

Taking exactly what "he" takes wont make you look like him.

Everyone reacts differently to different drugs , you could take exactly the same as some guy you want to look like and not get the same results.

If its size you want test decca dbol tren anadrol are all drugs that will add muscle pretty quickly , its up to you to experiment and see what works for you . :)
