A few more thoughts........
When you are walking up the stairs, flex your calves with every step.
When you are standing in line "wherever", flex your quads/hams/butt...with a slight bend in the knees of course.
When in the house (not the gym) walk around in "a lat spread".
Upon waking, do some crunches before getting outta bed.
Finally, get up, look in the mirror, hit your poses, evaluate your condition & decide what's goin' on for the day in regards to diet & your workout.
