The question is-do lifting weights or specificly calf training couses varicose?Many bodybuilders in their 30ties has varicose...for exampleAnd yanger ones has some strange tubers on calf also. Is it a begining of varicose symptoms?
But whether the calf training accelerates it? I can`t fin d any serious information about it.I doubt that Shelestov vould have that varicose in his age without training, or I am wrong?
I thought training -> pumping -> circulation of blood etc. helps preventing varicose veins....
maby those who have a genetic predisposition should avoid training calves?
