I dont know the facts of the Titus case. But if I had to guess he didnt plan the kill his victim. I bet he got pissed off....in a moment...and lost control....and killed the victim. The decision he made in that moment ruined many lives.

Madoff shattered peoples lives with decisions that he made every day for years and years and years. But he didn't take their lives from them.
