How does one tell the difference if it is hunger from lack of calories or hunger from blood sugar shifting.
we cant tell the differrnce because they could all be co factors at any given time, we preform diet trials till we break them and learn somethings sometimes.
if one consumes spinach and milk product all vitamins minerals and protiens are coverd, so as low as we can get with these foods eventually we reach the point of need something extra for the (co-factors u defined) at work on you.
whats worse if you give in but stay up to late, then restart diet next day as if nothing happend, diet is actually harder after the day you screw up sometimes because i tend to not sleep very well if i cheat or splurge after consective days of low cals, i only splurge like 2-3000 calories extra wich really aint shit basically you/I just get full but you know u/I slowed down fatloss for a day
i think diet is hard for everyone that is natural, especailly if you like to hang out but wanna keep on a diet too. 2000-3000 over a daily caloric total limit during a diet may fill you out but smooth you over as well but not much, but two days of 2000-3000 extra would definitly add a nice pound of noticable fatgain
the only thing i know to tell you is to maybe add some canned low calorie mixed vegetable type stews to help with the hunger
