Wow you are one dumb guy.  Are you related to Goodrum.  Like I said where does it say I said standing.  Show it to me twink.  Come on moron I have proved you wrong again cause I not once said standing in fact I think somewhere I said I can't do it standing.  I hope I didn't hurt your feelings.  Now wipe off your tears and be a fucking man.  Own up to your ignorance and be gone.  you are another person who tries to fit in where he doesn't belong.  Where do you pathetic wannabes come from.

By the way post a pic of yourself.  And show one at least you in a gym.

I'm gonna try this one more time because apparently your IQ hasn't kept pace with your waist measurement.  You said military press.  Military press is an exercise you do standing.  That is what military press means, a standing press.  Not to mention, this entire thread is about "Whats strong for a standing military press?"  Is that slow and clear enough for you?

As far as SS and I training at the same gym as Superstar Billy Graham, they did a news story on him at our gym, "Get Serious" in Phoenix, and SS and I are in it.

Now you can go back to the name-calling that you seem to rely on when simple logic leaves your dick in the dirt.

In all fairness Nick, Keef doesn't stand much these days, so maybe his definition has changed.   Sitting is the new standing, ya know..... 8)

Dude there's a lot of pole smokers here.Take Tbong for example...... he's admitted to being Bi and is only 17 yrs old, has been to rehab and stole over 10 g's from his parents......... Now he's juicing and thinks he will be a pro BB ::)..Hate to steal Onlyfats quote but poor kid!.

At least noworries aka onlyfat was a big strong guy when he was younger and I think he was an arm wrestling champion, but I cant stand when people live in the past and have the nerve to rip on on others when all they do is make lame excuses about being fat and lazy.`

The HA reference I made about Tbong is because a while back he threaten someone I think me that his dad knew the HA's and was gonna have them come beat me up.hahahaha! I was like sure go head kid send them on over ;)

I'm sure if any Olympic lifter reads this stuff he'll get his morning laugh. 225 is pretty every day normal for them, even in the lighter classes. If BB'ers would devote more time to overhead pressing, than 225 would be normal for them. Off a PR or cleaning, either way. If Coleman came out and confessed that all his upper body mass was built from overhead pressing than 90% of BB'ers would drop the bench and do only pressing. And a lot of BB'ers would be pressing 300+ in every workout.

Best pound per pound presser (my view only) were Paul Anderson, Ken Patera, Marvin Eder, Hepburn and Bill March. Can include a few of the Russian lifters in their Olympic golden days. The original military press was with heels together, back and shoulders ramrod straight starting with no body movement except for the arms & shoulders themselves. This was considered done in a military manner, hence the name military press.

Personal view: I have more respect for a guy who overhead presses 300+ than one who benches 400+.

Someone posted a link earlier to the world records.  Take a look at them and then talk about all the pretty boys that would be pressing 300+.  Jeez.

You are way off base. Also, you only mentioned American lifters.  ???

I'm sad, not having heard from my Samoan friend today.  Perchance he's wearing out the ass of some beautiful Hollywood starlet between scenes in his new action picture.  Godspeed my rotund friend, Godspeed!

Maybe he's making his way back to his computer after his noon lunch break?
