Im gonna start doing a new leg routine, see how it goes. Real basic
Leg Extensions
2-3 warm up sets, then 4 working sets, 10-12 reps
Squats
2 warm ups-135
4-5 working sets 10-12 reps
Hamstrings
Leg curls 2-3 warm up sets
4-5 working sets, 10-15 reps
Another leg routine i was thinkin of is a "squats only" leg workout......hmmm. For me, squats are the ultimate leg exercise that puts size on my legs.
