i answered the bold statement above with the explanation on time... God doesn't need to be created b/c he created time.  He has no beginning, and no end.  hard to grasp for us though because our universe is based on time, and so are we.

the earth may very well be only about 6,000 to 10,000 years old.  I dont know.  as far as people living with dinosaurs, i would believe so.  they have petrified remains and fossils of dragonflies with 3 foot wingspans, lots and lots of people who were 12' tall, and many other "giants".  i would guesst that at one poitn, evertyhgin was bigger.  could be something to do with the atmospheric pressure and oxygen.  kind of like a hyperbaric chamber if you would.  it would make everything grow bigger.  if everything was bigger, dinosaurs would not have seemed quite so dangerous back then. 

you read in grade school that the earth is "billions of years old"...that "dinosaurs existed before man" etc. etc. etc....and you BLINDLY believe it and think that youare being scientific.  no one can prove those theories, there is no evidence to support them, yet you blindly follow them and think you are wiser tahn those that believe in God.  you will believe your grade school book like it is your Bible, yet you scoff at those who actually believe the Bible.  kind of hypocritical if you ask me. 

not to say i blame most people for believing everythign they learn in grade school...tehy practically brainwash it into the youth these days and it is just "accepted" without question.  if you would examine your own beliefs with the same critical eye that you place on those that believe the Bible, you may find that what you believe is even more crazy.

i dont think "religion" is important...i think Who you believe in, and what you believe in IS important.  most religions today are just after your money.  i dont trust them, nor do i believe most of the lies taht they spread. 

that being said, i believe the Bible.  I believe in Jesus, and I believe he is the only way to heaven.

This leads me to believe this information is probably inherited within us, some type of shattered divine interdenominational remnants of a divine astral library with old knowledge, that you can meditate and gain access too if that is you quest, from when there was only one unity. Actually the cross, representing the crucifix that Jesus was on may just be incorrect. The Romans tended to use a "T" crucifix instead of the "t" crucifix, because the latter was heavier and in two pieces, and the former was lighter and easier to erect.

 Every religion attempts to invent a god, and every religion claims to know who god is and what his intentions are. The truth is that every god of every religion was simply made up...by humans. Some type of higher power MAY have started the universe, but no one knows anything about that higher power, or if it exists at all. How may consciousness arise again?

One of many thoughts I have on this matter is that as time progresses, computers get so powerful to the point that your DNA may be analysed (post death) by a computer, and you and your consciousness can be recreated within the computer in a virtual world from the information that is contain in your DNA. You will be a silicon based lifeform now in this simulation instead of a carbon one. God in this case would be the computer operater.

I think this theory is probably implausible.

Also scary isn't it. You couldn't get "peace" (sorry bad word maybe) even if you wanted...
