personaly,, what i did last time out was..... test and decca and gh (4iu ed) from 16 or so weeks out until 6 weeks out..
then the fun started, ...
suspension 100mg ed, tren 75mg ed, with either prima or masteron at 100mg ed( used to alternate from one to the other every day ) gh upped to 8ius ( stopped week out from show )
dianabol 50mg ed, stromba 50mg ed, anavar 50mg ed.... nolva and arimidex at one tab per day..( this was raise towards show day, with aladactone added 3 days out..)
almost forgott, clen and eca from 10 weeks out too... im not a believer of thyroid and dont think its needed..
the way i ran my diet was just to treat the last week as i did every other week other than the water depleation at end of week, i trained and ate normaly, no carb depleating or loading etc... worked a treat, most peoples hard work is fucked up by following mumbo jumbo trying to get extra full or dry...
if u look good a week out for ,why would u want to change anything and risk fucking up for an extra 1 or 2%
