i think 500-600 grams of protien per day is the best way to build muscle. i don't think the average person gets enough.

im just bored with life because it has no meaning, I dont work and when I do I tend to KO employers or employees. I'm just fukin bored. The only work I like to do is greenskeeping golf courses or any type of job where I am alone and not being bothered all the time.
