Number 1, who said he was going for the men's health look? I don't know about anyone else here, but I don't want to weigh 125 pounds or have a swimmers body. Therefore, I'd rather take a lumberjacks build over a men's health look any day. Not that groink looks like that, but most people that visit this forum are not into the men's health look.
