Just a little story how I nearly puked my lunges out...
I am so fucking sick of sitting on that stupid stationary bike, there has to be a better way to excersise - especially since I need short burst
excersise.
So why not pushing a car?
After persuading my wife to sit in the car I went to a large rugby court at the back of my house which had at the same time a tournment on.
I went to ask for permission since it is the property of a very large and good college.
One of the guys gave me a strange look when I said I want to ask for permission to push the car at the back of the site for excersise
But they let me go anyways.
I picked out a straight path (asphalt) asked my wife to take the handbreak off and started pushing the 200m.
When I reached the goal I though well that was fucking easy...
I was a little bit of out breath nothing major.
So we drive the car back and go for round three...
Now that was different...
didn't even make it to the end - and was completley fucked after.
The third one made me nearly puke in fact a little oat came out and my wife goes euwwww
It gets better now but damn its a good workout I dont enjoy it atm since it is still very hard and I have a sick feeling but I expect that to go away.
Anybody else push cars?
