Well, "these days"-- with the Type 1 Diabetes and all the hammering on his kidneys, I'm just wondering if he's still around and still hits the weights.

Some guys from the 80's (and earlier) are still in great shape. Others, well... not so great.

I know Tim had a Heart transplant in the 90s not sure what he is up to today , would love to contact him being a diabetic myself.

Yes, he was and he got up to 245 pounds in the early 80's. However, he usually competed in around 220 pounds.
