 I work across the street from The Ramapo Police station(the arresting department) and its a media circus outside. Lt was known around this part of the county as he played our local golf course all the time and one of his buds owns a big diner down the road.

This is all speculation here, but What's the max...20 years? So divide that by 2 since nobody gets the max these days....then let's see...he's L.T....so I'm down to 5 already....money,lawyer + "she told me she was older" ....he might do 2.5 years at best. Be out in a year or so with good behavior...that is worst case scenario.

Likely...."settlement out of court for an undisclosed amount"
