u told me a while back that u liked epozine pre workout
but i looked on the bottle and it just talked about taking it during the day-it didnt mention pre workout
it also says not to take a lot of glutamine when taking it-how can i be sure the syntha six shakes dont have too much glutamine
also epozine says to wait like 2 hours after meals or take on an empty stomach to take it-but if i have it pre workout-how soon can i eat?? i thought we as bodybuilders should never really have empty stomachs?
how do u personally take it...how do u arrange your meals?
also, should i take endorush or epozine? what do u like best?

also plz dont talk to my friend jt like that- u should show some kindness-lead by example not by exception

Nope not at all. I met in 2004 at the lee priest classic when Marc S was lee's manager. A bunch of us had dinner that night and lunch the next day. Super nice guy
