Creatine monohydrate. In fact, I'm performing an experiment on myself and you can find the details of it on the thread entitled "creatine". And to give a brief update, my arm has increased 1 cm, which is roughly .4 inches, after 48 hours, so I think that I should be able to reach my goal of 3 to 4 cm within 2 weeks or so. Hey DK, how ya doing my man? GERMAN POWER BABY! but Im only talking bout da prodasant ones LOL

I'm fine!! Thanks to my all-in-one supplement i don't need to waste time on mixing different stuff together. I saved a lot of time with that that i used to build a 100-billion-$$-enterprise with.

DK, is this the same supp the you posted with this long-ass post at the beginning of this thread? FYI, Creatine is the ONLY legal substance that actually works.
