This is going to be difficult to judge, since most people do not like Goodrum. Perhaps we should get judges from the outside.

20 weeks is sufficient to lose the weight avasher has, I mean hell you are talking about almost 5 months and giving avasher a reason to get in shape again....

Is this even a challenge for Disturbia? Lets be honest, all Disturbia has to do is lose a few pounds and he will automatically look better than Goodrum. He doesn't even need to touch a weight!

If avesher tries to lose all of that weight in a span of 20 weeks, he's going to have a shitload of lose skin hanging everywhere.  Something I've seen working with clients who do those starvation diets.  Now I'm going to bed as I have to get up early tommorrow.  See you at the finish line..... ::)

Vince I let myself get to over 20+% bf for a long time and brought myself back to a tight under 10% in 2 months with no lose skin. I am starting to doubt you big time
