jay REALLY has his work cut out for him this year........he eeked by the first year...........skated on his laurels in 2007.............dominat ed legitimately in 2009..........

Like I told everyone before, no one is used to Kai showing his body he's used to staying covered up but this is the first year he's shown himself. Why? Probably his Weider contract. So everyone is saying gut this and that....UN_$ung is correct if Jay can beat this line up, he'll be legendary...

I can tell you now even based on these pics, Phil and Branch wont beat that...His waist looks great now. Only Jay and Vic have a chance. Kai is ready now, it's gonna be awesome to see what he can do the next 16 days.
