looked very good, probably his best shape ever, he's limited with what he's got to work with but an amazing upper body just not enough quad width or cells to ever push for the top  spots in the top shows.

jonny is suffering not bringin anything noticeably different ( he looks great this year, but certainly did not reinvent himself)


there are all these up and comers making dramatic gains, and he has been bringing a similar package fir a decade.........not his fault


bodybuilding is a sport when everyone is constantly looking for the next big thing. if your not improving, and placings are not going up...........people tend to look past you



there were years in the early 2000s where he probably would have got top 4 with that look

jonny is over 40 i think


the triceps or the quads are usually the first thing to go

it happens to different guys at different ages


you start noticing that they lose fullness and size, the insertions start gettin higher

I saw Johnny today at the expo.  I have never see traps like that on a person...It's even more freaky in person.
