very quick and easy money preying on people's stupidity; costs nothing to produce a cover, a tape, and sell it.

The most hypocritical one must the arnold one considering he was on steroids.

My favorite tape/dvd is "To The Extreme" by Shawn Ray. It was the first bodybuilding tape where a real workout was taped.  His form is really good and the weights used respectable.

Another is Dorian Yates's tape and Ronnie's "Unbelievable".  Ronnie without a doubt is the strongest bodybuilder ever.  He's so close to contest condition and he's using incredible poundage. It would be amazing for off season but close to a contest is unreal.

Another dvd not bodybuilding related is (don't laugh) Px90.  If you think it's easy you haven't tried it.

The best dvd for MMA, wrestlers and boxers is the dvd from Ross training. It's called "Full Throttle Conditioning". He is one of the best concerning real conditioning for real athletes not mirror ones.
