Whether the first picture was real or not is irrelevant, what is real is that she had way too much work done to her face, and at her relatively young age (even though she's been around forever) and given the way she used to look, that's inexcusable. So whatever she was doing to wreck her face enough to already require heavy duty face work was obviously too much.
