the issue with GM was that their labor costs were far too high for the product that were placing on the market. they needed to restructure to reality, BUT NO, Santa claus Barack decided that the fellow taxpayers should bail out the UAW from their bloated and unsustainable contracts and give the illusion of saving jobs, when is essence they simply destroyed someones elses' job in another sector. By devaluing the dollar, stealing taxes from one guy to pay GM, they destroyed jobs in another sector. Hence why UE is still rising!
Like I keep saying - your ignorance on econ is what it is. read a book on econ for fucks's sake.
