In a word....YES. He was charged with obstruction of justice. But c'mon---Lewis never murdered anybody. Did Ben take advantage of drunk barely legal girls in college bar?....YES Did he rape anyone? We'll never know unless he's stupid enough to put himself in that situation again.

yes but he didnt test positive for steroids...

he tested positive for HCG or whatever but everyone knows he was on roids
