I'm not a TV watcher but someone recently gave me Season 2 of The Jersey Shore and after watching it for a couple of episodes (on my computer screen) I was sort of taken back by the way the girls in that show acted toward each other and in general.
I got kids and nephews within that age group and if I ever heard the girls speak like that, I'd have them pack up and move to Romania or make them join the Corps.
It is possible that my family members do act like that in public but they would never act like that in front of me and I'd be damn embarrassed if they acted like those girls in front of anyone anyplace.
Is that 'Fuck you, bitch!" attitude common among today's younger generation?
The guys in that show seemed to have way more class that the girls or am I overlooking something.
Some of those cast members come to LV on weekends and get paid big-time showing up at the best nightclubs on the Strip. In fact we were playing Craps and one of the players nugged me and said, "That's one of the Jersey Shore guys!"
But at that time I had no idea what Jersey Shore was cause I almost never watch TV and have no idea how to turn this huge wall mounted one on.
Or how to turn off that damn blinking read light.
But I finally learned how to turn on the washing machine. The driers next.
Too many years of military foreign maid service I guess.
