Palin had noting to do with McCain losing. By 2008 the nation hated Bush and McCain adopted all of the Bush policeis and suspended his campaign.

It was a gamble he took and it was the only reason I signed up to volunteer for that campaign. I still like her, even with her flaws.

she helped the base but i think that's about as far as it went, they needed someone to pull in the independents
