Real talents use the gym merely to improve their abilities in their sport. If you only do strength training you become a huge block of nothing.


Ofcourse olympic sportsmen and women do drugs, absolutely. But they don't waste their time pumping. They do speed work, volume work, explosive work AND strength work....

That woman can bench 250, which is excellent by any woman, and she is fast, explosive and agile... unlike the bear sized transsexual pro female bodybuilders  :D

jordan, mcguire, bolt, montana, ali, tyson were natural  ::)

but she has not the ugly female trannybodybuilder face and can live and train her sport 24/7 IF she wants, because shes in a olympic program finaced by the goverment

thats better than the financial situation of 99percent of pro bb

pro bodybuilders and weightlifters would have to warm up for 10 minutes, then do 5 warm up sets, listen to their faverut song for 2 minutes, snort ammonia and then do one fast move, and that would be their training of the month, then it's rest time  ::)

I'm not fan of female bodybuilding either. Women absolutely are better to go with other interests. I agree with you on this one.

Back in Ali's days, natural top athletes for sure existed. Not denying that. But these days... if you're on top, you do drugs. No matter if it's judo, sprinting, hockey, football, boxing...

the benefit in sports of drugs is that big (e.g. steroids increase strenght by 50-100%), that i guess nobody was able to win any world title since the late 60s

Sprint cyclists are have the big legs...
This has been covered before, Disgusted actually thought that all they did was cycle work to get those legs. Nobody gets those legs from cycling, unless they have 100-200 block of steel behind them.

most weight lifters I know (even natural ones), avec VERY good legs and they train 5 days a week or more, almost always with movement that involves legs (snatch, clean and jerk, squats, deads etc..)

that's why I find it hard to believe someone can actually overtrain legs  :-\ (maybe in a calorie deficit)
