sure,, i dont have enough time to get you pictures of today competitor there are not many because size is only thing cared about now day ,,why? because thats what morons like mishkp and palumbo created,,they ruined bodybuild,,

now the above is QUALITY SIZE ,,conditoned! size,, it is not a result of blow up insulina and gh mixed at higher doses ,,this is not fake muscle,,what you see on phil heath is fake muscle! it is not real it doesnt belong to him ,,it is not because of aas and low dose hgh ,,it is due to ONLY insulina and gh at higher doses and seo,,this is not bodybuold it is chemistry 101 for drug addicts that blow up well from hormones

now take a look at the pictures i put there,,take a look at what going on now day....you have fellas walking 250lb 5'7 that look muscular and blown up from within but THE MUSCLE IS NOT REAL ! it is blown up tissue from within with water and fibers that expend ,,now this is also why their guts are out of control ,,and this is also why they lose it on the way to stage ....and lose lots of weight,,but mainly! this is why you see them shrink so much ,,the so call size ...is not theirs! it doesnt belong to steroids it belong to hgh and insulina at higher doses and seo to the places who dont respond,,

now this is a very bad thing that happened to bodybuild,,the reality is that insted of physiqe devision .....what should happen is there should be a division for old school bodybuild,,1950-1980-90 ...this devision will be tremendesly sucesful and most likley will finish the ifbb as you know it but! guess what it will BRING BACK fans and people to want to do bodybuild.....

dude lift, and eat get a natural foundation max out your genetics or get close to it can take only 2 years.... start using aas.. get gains... start using gh low dose.. slowly up the dose over the years.. dont mess with insulin until truly maxed out and and hard even then maybe not. its not that hard....
