I am really starting to get behind Kai. He is a balls out trainer and has lived and breathed bodybuilding for a long time.

That said, his physique is REALLY coming together. He's getting the bloat factor under control, and my LORD how the fuck is he carrying that much muscle and such low bodyfat!

9/10 forum posters have no clue how tough that is to do. Kai Greene is a front runner for this years Olympia hands down.

Sure he looks good in that pick but remember he isn't being compared to anyone so his flaws aren't as obvious.
