It DID happen in the past two years !!!! Blacken, are you a fucking financial ignoramous??? Do youknow how to read a fucking balance sheet? Do you go your entire life without ANY debt? Most people dont. Its ok to have SOME debt. Get it??? In 2000 when we were running surpluses, buyers of bonds were complaining that there werent enough treasuries to buy!!! Now, granted, that's a good problem, but the point is that SOME debt is ok, managable, and even GOOD. Deficits under Bush were OK and MANAGABLE. Do you understand anything about fucking scale? Do you know the difference between $450 billion and $1,500 billion?
