If that is, in fact, you then I'd say you look pretty damn good. Just need to eat more. And when I say eat more, I mean to eat more protein, carbs, calories. And there's NO WAY you are 15 % bodyfat. An earlier poster was correct when he put you around 8 %. Too much vascularity to prove otherwise. Stick to the olympic lifts, if you like. I, personally, was at my biggest when I incorporated those type of lifts into my training regime. Good luck.
