For me nothings worth a two hour drive

I'm within 30 minutes of everything that I need or want to do on a regular basis.  My round trip to work is 2.3 miles.

NatWonder seems to be in a rut, so I will post an overly descriptive day of eating to motivate him to get back.  For clarity, this post is to appeal to the Rhone wearing, equinox, theragun elite crowd, not the ironnat, ethos barbell squatting in same jorts from 1985 types....

Breakfast:
3 egg / black bean soft tacos
3 pastured eggs
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 avocado
3 ingredient wrap (corn/lime/water)
seasoned with siracha and baja gold mineral salt

4 oz wild caught smoked salmon
suja turmeric immunity shot

Lunch:
Ramen bowl:
2 cups fire and kettle beef bone broth
1 brick of millet/brown rice noodles
5 oz grass fed sirloin
bok choi / tuscan kale

Dinner:
Irish stew
5 oz short ribs
carrots / potatoes

Snack:
Protein shake comprised of organic raspberries, 2 scoops whey, 2 scoop collagen peptides, pb fit powder, creatine, 1/2 cup geek yogurt.

What are you current goals?

To get my left shoulder to 100% same as my right. It's close now. Very long time ago I tore my left bicep and my arm was never rehabbed correctly.

I'm happy with my my weight and body fat. I'm pleased that I no longer crave junk anymore and I really do feel good only having fats 1-2 days a week. Feels very easy to keep eating the way I am and I really do enjoy all I eat and how I feel. Blood sugar feels steady.

 I just want to fine tune my diet and it's close (specifically-exact amount of carbs and proteinI should have...)

 I just need to be able to sleep an entire night without waking up. I've still been waking up at 2 AM to workout and waking up each hour all night.

-1 cup egg whites, 400g cooked white rice, 2 Gold Kiwis, 1 banana, 100g blueberries
-4 whole eggs cooked in 6g butter on Trader Joes Everything Bagel with avocado and 3 servings Hickory Smoked Turkey

-3 servings Trader Joes Chicken Meatballs, 300g cooked white rice, 1/2 advocado
-Sushi

Today:

Thanks - yes that is the best meal, IMO.

Extremely easy to make too.

Also works with anything besides eggs = salmon / chicken / beef etc......the 3 ingredient wraps are key too = no bullshit in there.  Only issue is they only last about 5 days in the fridge.
