started the day with 6 packets of instant oatmeal
midday at a package of pretzel bites from Dollar Tree. with Frenchs Honey Mustard.
afternoon 2 philly rolls, a baked crunchy roll and 6 pieces of unagi
dinner applebees with gf.. pub-brew soft pretzels, chicken finger platter, basket of boneless wings. no fries.
got hungry at night.. bout 1am, and made myself some salmon sushi. at about 12 pieces, 1oz each with a new wasabi paste.. bad idea, heartburn and was burping up salmon allllllllll fucking day today
