Update on the 'plant based diet'.
Been a few weeks now, and i've dropped 6 pounds. Muscle mass looks unchanged even though i've probably halved the brotein intake. Main difference is my penis is now a vagina.
Made a beautiful vegetable chilli this week, among other things it had courgettes, mushrooms, red and green pepper, haricot/cannellini/kidney/black eyed beans with all the seasonings etc. Had this with white basmati rice and plain tortilla chips - sooooo good.
There was actually more brotein per 'serving' than a regular chicken breast/rice/veg meal so that was a bonus.
The biggest plus from this diet, is that I no longer even consider kcals. I mean, I literally do not even acknowledge the presence of the numbers on the packaging any more. I am eating WHATEVER I LIKE, when I like and it's getting me in shape.
