Fat by bodybuilding standards yes, probably still halfway lean by normal people standards, do fluctuate a bit but just cut back the bait a bit if start getting too fat. Burn loads of calories at work so if ate cleaner would probably waste away. Not serious about physique just enjoy training and food Generally look like below, never claimed to be bodybuilder or anything special haha
