Why don't you consume the nuts mentioned? I it that you don't like their taste and/or texture, or are you allergic to them.
I've never heard of Pili nuts until now.
No, I can munch all nuts , but I analyze nutritional value in details for % of fibre,copper,iron,B 6,magnesium,calcium,vitamin C,sodium,zinc, etc,.......
Some of very tasty nuts like pistachios & others have just too much carbs.Health food shops sell (volcanic soil grown) Pili nuts.
I could have 100gr of nuts (mix of them) for dinner, 100grams is around 500 calories.
I never buy 'open bar' nuts in supermarkets where anyone can touch them, + open lid speed up oxidization !.
