If all these guys were so much more athletically talented than their American counterparts then all a team would have to do is down the ball on kickoffs, take the ball at their own twenty and set up fields goals the entire game!

Why would you even run a passing or running play when all these soccer players would score 30 or 40 points a game with their magical legs and the team would NEVER lose!!!

Football scores are lower because there is a guy in nets who tries to save the ball and you are kicking it into a net only 8' high so you cannot kick it 30' over teh bar and get a score.

Jason Elam also tied Dempsey's record of 63yds awhile back. I know Dempsey's kick was in poor weather, fog or some sort and I'm not sure about Elam's. But last night, Denver or not with those conditions...that's a monstrous kick.

David Beckham weighs probably 170 - 175lbs and can effortlessly hit a football (a real football) 70 yards to pick out a player due to his technique. Its not all about how big you are.

OK genius, i'll take you word for it. Anders Limpar was also of the ability to pick out 60 - 70 yard passes with ease in the early 90's but i guess that doesnt count either.
