GOOD QUESTION ,,,I'D LOVE TO SQUAT MORE THAN WHERE I'VE BEEN AT ,LIKE BACK TO 465 FOR A FEW,,I STOP AT 405 REPS AT 8 ,,STRENGHT WISE I FEEL GREAT ,ITS THE VOLUME I LIKE AND GETTING /STAYING LEAN,,I HAVEN'T REALLY SMOOTHED OUT IN YRS,,I LIKE THE LAST PIC LOOK BUT MAYBE A BIT BIGGER,,I MEAN AT 47 ITS NOT IMPOSSIBLE BUT I HAVE TO GIVE ON BEING LEAN AND TRY A SHORT BULK..
