why do people say the tri pull down hits all three heads, the long head is in inactive insufficiency in that position from my understanding

Actually, I really think he got his tris from the dips...he has genetically big tricep muscles (the shape), but if anybody has done dips or the dip machine, you know that you get that "knot" feeling on the lateral head. The tri pulldown with rope has a diff feeling.

Look at it this way if you are a fan of a actor you will go to his movies and buy his dvd, so if you are a fan of a bodybuilder why not do the same thing.

Yeah I bought the first one and it was on youtube 2 days later. Keep in mind I spent what 50 bucks on a blu ray. Man thats some strango tren I could have got man!

Fuck outta here buy some dvd when it comes out on youtube days later. I could watch the old school yates, coleman, and even cutler ones all day. Heck Jay even showed you what he had in the fridge post workout (even if it was by accident).

I think the new thing will be for companies to sponsor dvds as more of a way to promote products like musclemeds does now. The way the internet is now just kills their sales unfortunately and it pisses people off when they buy something and see it online for free days later!

I know what you mean but I am sure everybody owns at least one dvd movie, and every movie that comes out is on the internet for free, but you brought it because you like it, same thing should go for a bodybuilder dvd.
