there was just a training video a couple of months back on MD with Orville and Kevin English training chest and Orville still looked to be carrying very good size, looked at least 250-260.

Met him in Danbury Ct, in 2001 where he was guest posing.................p retty cool guy, and just incredibly huge in person........interacted backstage just like one of the guys so to speak.

Valentino was the trophy presenter, and although I`m not a fan,was as funny as hell.

Do you have the link by any chance? I'd be interested to see what he looks like nowadays.. the man has become a bit of a legend since his disappearance.

no man i wish i did, the only thing i can suggest is try looking for it in their archives, type both of their names into the search engine, i remember they were both covered in baggy sweatshirts doing barbell inclines but you could clearly tell that Orville was carrying a lot of muscle.

There was an article in FLEX back in the 90s where he mentioned that his back got that wide from his doing chins everyday around the time he started lifting, when he didn't know much about training. One of the few times you can actually believe what you read in FLEX re. bodybuilder routines.
