Mainly used shoes that ranged from Etnies, New Balance, Chucks, and Vibrams. But I'm looking for something that'll fit the bill with weight training and cardio/plyo during the same visit. Right now I'm between these two:UA Micro G Splithttp://www.amazon.com/Micro-Running-Non-Cleated-Under-Armour/dp/B005UQ7624/ref=sr_1_6?m=A1P1P695RNGOCS&s=shoes&ie=UTF8&qid=1324746047&sr=1-6Nike Free 3.0http://www.amazon.com/Nike-Free-3-0-V3-Platinum/dp/B0058EC5ZG/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1325029636&sr=8-3I'm normally not a huge fan of Nike(Had shox that blew out after the first leg day) but heard pretty good things about the free. Mainly want something light weight but has a bit more support than vibrams. Any of you used either of these(or both)?
LOL what are you fucking retarded?yeah, your choice in gym shoe is of the utmost importance for doing all those wonderfully difficult exercises like the bench press that requires the latest in shoe technology.if you havent already, kill yourself.
Yeah because I totally divorced mentioning anything about cardio/plyo. And as for killing myself, I have no need. Because my life is grand, unlike your pitiful attempt of becoming something more than a prom night dumpster baby.
I love my Vibram 5-Fingers.....super lightweight, no need to wear socks, closest thing to the barefoot feeling in the gym.....and even if the gym did allow you to go barefoot, its nasty to think what you might be walking on and could pick up some fungal disease, lol.I get a couple of funny looks whenever I wear these, though.
Air Stampede Newport
for cardio, asics work best IMO. LOL at some of the responses in this thread
No need for shoes, esp not while performing squads & deads.
