Wes, was it Scott Wilson that was said to have 2 foot wide shoulders, or something like that?

Steve Reeves was reportedly measured by George Eiferman at 23 1/2".

Yes. I remember that. 'Course, like a lot of Bob Kennedy MuscleMag stuff, it was probably nonsense. Fortress?

That's the one goal he said he never accomplished was being 2 foot wide at the shoulders but he came close enough

If Reeves was 23 1/2" wide, Park surely had to be over 2' ..

Especially so when he reached 250 pounds.  I believe that I read somewhere a looooong time ago  he said his arms were 18 1/2" at that weight.  A fantastic physique.

Was more under the impression Park had 19 1/2" arms at around 250.. ?  Been a long time since I read about bbing in the good ole days

You could be right, sir.  My mind isn't what it once was.  ;D  Park was great, as was Reeves.  Two superb physiques that made women (especially Reeves) swoon.

I remember reading in one of those bbing books from the late 80s early 90s, I think it was him. It said he or somebody similar was reportedly the widest Pro at the time (Dillet hadn't come on the scene).

But a wide waist and delts that overpowered his arms...
Funny how someone like Frogface (the bber who was arrested for beating up his wife) has arms that overpower bis delts, yet some people like Levrone and Phil, Ron Love, Dillet, etc can balance it out and others have delts thar overpower their arms

lol, as usual you can never give credit to a White bodybuilder who looks incredible and have to throw out the names of 6 90's black bodybuilders who could beat him, you should just copy and paste your answers.

Uh no, I forgot Gary Strydom's name...and Achim as well, and Gunter...all guys whose delts match up their arms...but Levrone and company are the ones that stick in people's minds.

What I said was legit, dude's delts overpower his arms, and I was making a solid argument and criticized Frogface (I forgot his name, he is a Nigerian who grew up in Brazil, and Lonnie is pictured gawking at him)---his arms overpower his delts.

GangstaLean only likes small waist, pencil necked, delicate and pretty black bodybuilders. He keeps forcing them down our throats  :(

Its ok, Parker is just biased like most anyone, people tend to be biased towards others like them, its human nature.

He prefers black bodybuilders because thats what he relates to. Just as most white people prefer white bodybuilders.

92-93 Flex had some decent traps...so did Levrone, and who can forget JOJs....
Furthermore I don't think Flex was soo delicate, to survive a 140mph crash and break his neck and comeback...

It was also stated by Melvin Anthony aka Waterhead Baby, that large traps make one look narrower...

But yes, I will continually push bbers who look like they can run and jump, and walk up a flight of stairs without huffing and puffing...

Greg Plitt needs to be pushed more around here.

Token white guy.

Flex had baby traps according to Nasser , Flex was offseason when he crashed he wasn't his usual light self.

Flex was awesome one of my favorites ever so I agree with you here

Flex was awesome and probably the best ever but at least i can admit it, trying to get "gangsta lean" to give credit to a White bodybuilder is like pulling teeth.

In general when it comes to bodybuilding people tend to be biased towards what they prefer and what looks better to them , which explains why a lot of people couldn't grasp how Dorian could beat their heros

Muscle tends to look better on a ecto-frame because of the small joints extenuates the muscle giving it the illusion of being bigger than what it is and most aesthetically pleasing physiques are based off an ecto-frame. Flex had the shape + roundness to boot with the tiny joints which made him exceptional even among his peers

lets put it this way even most black folks would take Scott Wilsons build in a heartbeat.
