Muscle tends to look better on a ecto-frame because of the small joints extenuates the muscle giving it the illusion of being bigger than what it is and most aesthetically pleasing physiques are based off an ecto-frame. Flex had the shape + roundness to boot with the tiny joints which made him exceptional even among his peers

Flex had baby traps according to Nasser , Flex was offseason when he crashed he wasn't his usual light self.

Flex was awesome one of my favorites ever so I agree with you here

On Flex's first vid, you can see he had some decent traps---after that car accident, he didn't do much trap or neck training---don't know the reason why.

Nope, never said it...I might have worked IN a jail--the office was located in a detention facility, bit that doesn't mean I was working for the Jail or penial system.
