every rep i do i bring down v controled to my chest and then back up, no bounce.
for example lests say i can bench 300lbs for 1 rep.
i could maybe only bench 100-120lbs for 50. i hav edone 40 with 100lbs after a pretty tough workout.
so lets say anywhere from 33% up to (being generous) 50% of a 1RM equates to 50 reps i seriously doubt kaz cud do 50reps with 405, not full reps anyway.
Onlyme you say u did 25 or so which i believe. what was ur one rep max about 550+. Well Kaz was only 100lbs more so i doubt he doubled the reps with a 1rm of only 100lbs more
60%ish of his 1RM for 50??? almsot impossible. just my 2 cents
