I hear this a lot too. Oh he's too vascular too be natural. I found it to be largely genetic and low bf. obviously there are going to be extremes but it's by no means a give away for drugs IMO

Bro we all have those garden hoses under our arm pits. They are just covered by fat on most people. When I disected cadavors people look alot alike when u remove the skin and fat from the body and all fluids. I am not saying this guys isn't on drugs bc he is.
