Thats what i am saying and thats the reason why i am not against juicing in spite of being natural.
If you do adequate amount of juices, it contribute to longevity. But i think that "adequate" amount is the key. And that is too difficult to know in my opinion.

This thread reminds me of the old creepy skinn guy on bb.com that trained naturally with 10 pound dumbbell curls, entered in a bodybuilding contest, and ended up a male stripper! This was about 7+ years ago and he had a thread running 20pagea strong

One ofThe reasons we have loose skin as we age, is because we lose muscle and the skin becomes loose. So if you maintain or gain muscle as u age your skin won't get loose.

I'm in my 40's and the physical condition distancing taking place between my wife and I is already causing us issues...

No--not even close. The guy was super skinny and in his 70s or early 80s. Trained naturally.

But I'm not impressed by this guy--whether his physique is great or not. He's clearly 'all drugs'.

At least the other guy had entertainment value.
